Même approche que [Aiguilles du Mont : Croupe NW](/routes/51946/fr/).>## Descente>Du sommet (qui peut s'atteindre à vue par le N facilement), descendre l'arête S aérienne.>Rapidement un ressaut mixte raide en touffes.>Ensuite plus skiant. On rejoint un couloir évident à main gauche. On le descend jusqu'à la base d'un gendarme évident, tirer nettement à gauche vers un éperon.>Descendre la face ESE.>En bas de la face, traverser au-dessus d'un sapin à droite pour échapper à une barre et sortir du raide par du mixte herbeux. Tirer dans la mesure du possible à gauche (encore des portions raides, baleines).>Remonter par le Golet de la Trouye.
