De Axamer Lizum, remonter la piste en direction de Widdersberg que l'on contourne par la gauche pour arriver sur le plateau de Lizumer Kar. De là, on commence la remontée de la combe en face NW. On sort de la combe sur une ligne de crête assez spacieuse. On peut monter à pied jusqu'à la croix de l'Ampferstein. >## Descente>La descente s'effectue sur le même itinéraire.
