De Flaine remonter la piste du stade de slalom, ensuite couper par le chemin sur la gauche de l'arrivée du téléski.>Suivre ensuite la piste jusqu'à l'arrivée du télécabine de l'Aup de Véran.>De là, suivre la combe de Monthieu (Attention lapiaz !!!) et avant le col du même nom tourner à droite pour remonter jusqu'à l'épaule E de l'antécime en louvoyant parmi les rochers. Contourner franchement cette épaule par la gauche et rejoindre l'arête au col 2396 m, ensuite au sommet en suivant l'arête.>##Descente>Descente par le même chemin.
