Da Melago percorrere brevemente la pista di fondo e salire per il primo canale esposto a SW, poi lungo traverso a circa 2100 m per imboccare a sinistra il vallone esposto a S fino a 2600 m. Qui piegare a destra per pendii W ripidi per salire al Falingferner che si rimaonta fino alla *Scharte* a 3271 m, da qui per la cresta W, volendo anche con gli sci a spalle (S4 sostenuto ed esposto) si raggiunge la cima.>## Discesa>Con condizioni sicure, si puo' evitare il traverso in quota e scendere direttamente in Val Lunga da poco ad W dello sbocco del vallone (S4).
