Dalla cima ridiscendere sull' altipiano e piegare gradatamente a destra per imboccare il bellissimo canalone esposto a nordovest (Vallone della Balma di Ghiglie' - tracce quasi sempre presenti a fine stagione) che restringendosi sempre piu', dopo 1200m di dislivello finisce in una gola (torrente sottostante, attenzione ai buchi!!!) ed in breve di nuovo al Pian della Casa dove un sentiero porta di nuovo alla strada sterrata attraversando piu' torrenti.
