De Pattemouche (se garer au dernier parking), traverser le torrent et monter par les anciennes pistes souvent proches du télésiège désaffecté. Tirer à gauche tout en haut pour atteindre le sommet. >## Descente>Droit dans le vallon des Mendie (un petit 35° tout en haut) que l'on suit en rive gauche jusqu'à 1850 m avant de revenir à gauche en suivant le chemin d'été ; on retrouve la descente (ancienne piste) classique sur Soucheres que l'on suit jusqu'au parking. Restent 3 km a pied/skate à plat, en partie sur la piste de ski de fond pour revenir au point de départ (sinon en stop).
