Au bout du Plan, une passerelle permet de traverser l'Ubaye.>Remonter de 200 m rive gauche pour contourner le ravin de la Salcette, jusqu'à l'altitude 2230 m env (ou légèrement plus haut si on n'a pas vu tout de suite le bon passage), puis traverser vers la gauche et redescendre de 40 m jusqu'à la Blave.>Remonter le Vallon des Hugues jusqu'au Col.>Retour par le même itinéraire.>Le ravin peut être skié à la descente pour éviter de repeauter, mais cela dépend des conditions.
