De Freydière prendre la route puis le chemin qui mène au lac du Crozet. Arriver au niveau du lac, monter à gauche une petite pente raide qui donne accès au magnifique vallon du col du Loup. Hors période hivernale emprunter le chemin bien balisé, le départ du chemin non indiqué n'est pas évident à trouver. >Remonter le vallon en passant à proximité du lac du Loup. Du lac, le col du Loup est bien visible au NE. Arriver au col après une nouvelle partie assez raide puis, pour les skieurs, atteindre un sommet sans nom sur la gauche.>###Descente>Par le même itinéraire
