##Montée>Partir de Rhêmes Notre-Dame, traverser le pont enjambant la Doire de Rhêmes, puis monter direction pra del Bosco, entrer dans la forêt suivre le chemin de l'alpage d'Entrelor quitter rapidement ce chemin à pour le chemin n<sup>o</sup> 9 afin d'atteindre le vallon de Sort. Continuer ensuite en direction du col de Sort à 2971 m. La pente terminale est assez raide environ 35°, il y a de nombreux rochers apparents sous le col lui-même, il faut prendre la pente évidente à droite en montant pour atteindre un point coté 2992 m. >###Variante>Pour une traversée il faudra rejoindre le col lui-même à 2964 m par la crête. >##Descente >Par le même itinéraire. >Le vallon de Sort est vaste afin que chacun trouve un terrain propice à une belle descente, ne pas oublier tout de même de tirer à gauche en descendant après la cabane du parc vers 2290 m
