Depuis Montpascal, rejoindre le Col du Chaussy (1533 m) par la route.>Du col, monter NE sur le dôme de l'Alpettaz (1774 m), et poursuivre droit au-dessus dans une trouée de la forêt. On sort de la forêt au Plan du Sapey (1978 m). >Monter sur la bosse des Fontanious (2155 m) par une pente soutenue, puis poursuivre (un ressaut délicat pouvant nécessiter les crampons) sur la Crête de Coin Lognan (assez large) jusqu'au Crêt Lognan (2696 m).>##Descente>Retour par l'itinéraire de montée.
