Depuis l'église de la Monta, suivre l'itinéraire du GR jusqu'au point 1823 m puis monter par les pentes entre les mélèzes "la Lauzière". Vers 2220 m tirer vers la droite pour rejoindre l'arête vers 2400 m. Possibilité de poursuivre plus haut à 2500 m voire au point culminant (terrain de dalles). >##Descente >Par le même itinéraire.
