##Montée>De Bonne, suivre la route sur 500 m puis prendre à droite la piste d'alpage menant aux chalets en ruine de Meillares (2165 m). Remonter alors droit au-dessus pour prendre pied sur un grand replat vers 2450 m (possibilité aussi de monter plus à droite, depuis les chalets de l'Arp Vieille). Laisser à gauche l'itinéraire de l'Arp Vieille et continuer tout droit en fond de vallon vers le col évident, bien visible du bas : les 300 derniers mètres sont un peu plus raides, en particulier les 100 derniers (30-35°). >##Descente>Par le même itinéraire.
