##Montée>Du parking du tunnel du Rif Blanc à 1933 m, suivre la trace de tête Noire (suivre la combe vers le N) jusque vers 2450 m au replat de La Plane. De là, obliquer vers [[routes/46203|le col Termier]]. Au pied de la Tour Termier, prendre la pente S qui est à gauche de la tour. Au sommet de cette pente, découvrir un couloir étroit qui s'enfonce plein W. Le remonter jusqu'à une brèche. >##Descente>Skier à la descente vers le parking.
