De Weissenbach (Valle Aurina / Ahrntal), emprunter la piste de luge de l'Innerhofer Alm, la quitter à gauche vers 1600 m pour emprunter une autre piste d'alpage remontant le Mitterbergertal. Gravir le goulet forestier (passages à 30°) et en sortir par la gauche pour gagner les chalets de Mitterberger (1978 m). Tirer alors bien à droite vers le col : pentes douces se redressant bruquement sur les 80 derniers mètres (35°-37°).>## Descente>Même itinéraire.
