Return by the same route, it takes 1 h.>Descent variant: from the traverse above elevation 2000, descend the northeast scoop until the lake at point 1797m, then go up by following the route of the summer trail to point 1918m where you find the ascent route

Source safety information

The micro reliefs above point 2000 can be dangerous (slab avalanches). The large slope is not much subject to the avalanches, but as it descends, the risk becomes enormous: be careful right after a snowfall. In terms of the risk of falling, the end slope is not too exposed (rock steps), but a fall would still be serious. So take equipment that you can adapt based on the quality of the snow.>Alpine route which transforms quickly and which is particularly broken and thus packed.>Access:>Albertville -Beaufort - Arèches -Le Planay -park in the station parking lot.>Accommodation:>Gîte la Charmette 1 km from Arèches - tel : 04 73 38 18 12. Other lodging: information at the Office de Tourisme at 04.79.38.15 33.

Source safety information
