Source directions
Partir de St Dalmas de Selvage (vallée de la Tinée), descendre sous l'église, traverser le petit pont et attaquer par la piste estivale en direction du col d'Anelle. En arrivant dans le grand champ plat (peu après quelques granges) tirer à droite et attaquer la pente un peu plus raide avant de retrouver l'ancienne piste jusqu'au terminus d'un ancien téléski. Rejoindre alors "main gauche" à travers la forêt la crête permettant d'accéder au sommet.>##Descente>À la descente,possibilité d'aller dans le vallon bien visible sous le sommet (à main droite) au lieu de reprendre la forêt, jusqu'à rejoindre la piste. >On peut descendre le Ruisseau de l'Adret Blanc mais il n'est plus praticable (forêt dense) en dessous de 1750 m.
