## Montée >Départ de Molliessoulaz - Le Clou. >Prendre le chemin horizontal jusqu'à ruissant "Nant de la grande Colombe" (point 1209). Remonter directement dans les arcosses et rivière. Soit passer dans le couloir (à pied) soit à côté. >À la sortie du couloir (1939 m), prendre direct sur le Mirantin puis un petit col à l'W du Mirantin et prendre la crête (câble) sur 100 m. >## Descente >Descente par l'itinéraire directement : 45-50°/150m entre les rochers. >Rejoindre le couloir : passage à 35-40° et étroit (1 passage large de 1 m, sinon 4/5 m). >À la sortie du couloir, nouveau combat avec les arcosses.
