Redescendre le couloir (S4 puis S3) jusque vers 1470 m pour trouver le sentier inférieur (en rouge sur IGN). Suivre ce sentier vers le SW. Après une cinquantaine de mètres et un chable traversé on trouve l'embranchement (panneau), un peu mal placé sur la carte. Suivre la branche du bas (rouge) sur 300 m en légère descente, traverser 3 couloirs et déboucher dans le couloir de la Ravire (large !). Descendre ce couloir sur environ 200 m puis quand il se bouche (vernes) descendre par la forêt (pas trop encombrée) et déboucher sur un sentier vers 1170 qu'on suit à droite jusqu'à retrouver l'itinéraire de montée.
