Vers 2100 m, abandonner le **Cumbal Vallonetto** pour remonter les pentes NE soutenues (S3) qui mène au **Cumbal Cassorso**. Traverser la combe par un demi-cercle en sens horaire pour remonter un large couloir (S3/S4) qui aboutit sur la crête S du Cassorso. Selon les conditions, à pied ou à ski gagner le sommet par la large crête.
