Dal rifugio cominciano le difficoltà: si piega a in direzione SW sul pendio che si fa ripido. Attenzione che si devono passare alcuni canali che scendono sul versante E del Monte delle Forbici, per arrivare poi per facile cresta in vetta, dove c'è una croce in acciaio inox.

Attenzione in vetta perché il lato S ed E della montagna ha un salto di quasi 900m 😱>Guardando la carta (diga-vetta) il dislivello sembra minore, ma dal parcheggio del rifugio Zoia, si scende per abbondanti 200m prima di cominciare a salire, poi ci sono diversi su e giù prima di salire davvero.
