Dall'arrivo della seggiovia da Valdo (1772 m) prendere il sentiero per il Rifugio Margaroli (cartello segnaletico) verso W. Seguire tutto il bosco e l'evidente vallone con qualche brevissimo saliscendi fino al rifugio (m 2197). >Dal rifugio scendere sul lago Vannino, se questo è gelato attraversarlo in direzione S. In caso contrario percorrere la sponda orientale (pericolo valanghe) portandosi all'alpe Cortenova (m 2186). Con direzione SE risalire i pendii di un'ampia conca che conduce al Passo Busin (m 2493). Giunti al colle scendere al Lago Busin inferiore, perdendo circa 100 m. di quota, e attraversarlo in direzione della casa dei guardiani. >Volgere a NE e costeggiare la dorsale del Monte Giove (pericolo valanghe) sino ad entrare nella conca che si apre sotto alla vetta. >Risalire i pendii fin alla base della fascia di rocce che taglia il versante S, spostarsi a destra e superare un ripido tratto sino alle roccette della cresta SE, che si percorre brevemente fino alla vetta (m 3009). >**Discesa** >per l'itinerario di salita.
