Parking de la station de Seythenex (départ télésiège). Prendre le chemin en haut du parking à gauche. À la première bifurcation, prendre la piste qui monte raide (celle de gauche). Suivre alors cette piste (qui traverse le ruisseau côte: 1375 m) jusqu'à la sortie de la forêt. Se diriger vers les chalets de l'Aulp et dès que possible sous les chalets, traverser en suivant les courbes de niveau pour attaquer la grande pente jusqu'au col séparant la Sambuy de la Petite Chaurionde. >De ce col, suivre la crête sur 250 m pour parvenir au sommet (non nommée sur IGN). >## Descente >Par le même itinéraire.
