Poco prima dell'abitato di Seraplana 1140 m circa salire per un sentiero in direzione SW per radure a Pra Dadora 1259 m (dove di incrocia una stradina che sale da Seraplana, che volendo è possibile usarla anche questa come accesso). >Per la stradina arrivare in breve in località Plan das Stampun 1327 m, in direzione SW passando per le radure di Taschardaina, a 1500 m circa in direzione NW su terreno ampio e poco ripido per radure, passare presso Chantata ed in seguito alla baita di Buorcha 1740 m circa, in seguito in direzione NNW superate alcune brevi fasce di bosco, raggiungere l'Alp Discholas 2073 m. >Dall'Alp Discholas 2073 m salire su terreno aperto senza percorso obbligato i bei ed in parte ripidi pendii soleggiati in direzione NW fino a raggiungere con gli sci ai piedi il Piz d'Arina. >## Discesa >Per il medesimo itinerario.
