Discesa: oltre la via di salita è possibile scendere in direzione SSE passando **Murtera dals Bouos** ed arrivare nei pressi della quota **(2559 m)**da dove dapprima scendere ripidamente verso E fino a circa 2400 m, in seguito traversare verso SE fino a raggiungere a circa 2300 m il dosso ad E della quota **(2607 m)**, scendere nel vallone a destra S di questo dosso e raggiungere su terreno ideale il fondovalle (con possibilità di grossi resti di valanga) e di nuovo la traccia di salita. >Per questa discesa è richiesta neve sicura a causa di diversi tratti potenzialmente pericolosi.

Regagner le chemin d'été que l'on quitte vers la gauche peu après (signalisé vers Salon). >Suivre le chemin et traverser le pont. Continuer vers le N et ensuite monter les pentes E jusqu'au replat de Montera. >Atteindre un petit col puis le sommet. >## Descente >Par le même itinéraire.
