da **Cadlägh** (frazione di **Maloja**), salire seguendo più o meno il sentiero estivo e stando sulla sinistra orografica del torrente **En**. Si arriva a 2300m su un piano; si aggira una parete rocciosa sulla sinistra, per arrivare al **Lägh dal Lunghin** **2484m**. Dal lago si sale il ripido vallone meridionale che porta alla dorsale W del **Piz Grevasalvas**. Proseguire con gli sci fin dove questa diventava una cresta; lasciati gli sci a quota 2900m circa si raggiunge la vetta per la facile cresta, prestando attenzione alle grosse cornici del versante S. >## Discesa: >per l'itinerario di salita.

Remonter en ascendance les pentes situées au-dessus du village de Maloja en restant rive gauche du ruisseau "En". Arriver ensuite à un replat, au pied de la combe E du Piz Lunghin. De là, rejoindre le Lac dal Lunghin en suivant un couloir évident vers la droite; quitter les traces qui mènent vers le Piz Lunghin et suivre le couloir, à la sortie suivre vers le N sur le dos d’âne et poursuivre jusqu'au sommet plat par l'arête SW. >## Descente >par le même itinéraire.
