Depuis les Bossons suivre la route qui mène à la Buchille, au Sciard prendre à droite en suivant longuement encore la piste forestière qui amène dans la forêt de Crève-Cœur.Vers 1550 m. Se diriger à l'aplomb du p.1773m entre des ouvertures dans les sapins pour vers 1750 m tourner légèrement sur la droite pour surmonter une croupe assez raide qui amène plus loin au sommet. >##Descente >A l'identique ou par des trouées et des pentes assez soutenues dans la forêt vers 1750 m. (dans la première partie des ruptures de pentes assez raides), rejoindre la piste suivie à l'aller.
