De l'Erigné ou du Charny, rejoindre le col de la Golèse par le pont de Chardonnière et les chalets de Vigny. Atteindre le sommet de la Pointe de la Golèse en remontant son versant E. Les rochers sommitaux se contournent facilement par des pentes herbeuses côté Samoëns. >##Descente >Descendre au col des Cramots (1770 m) puis tirer dans le versant N (départ un peu raide mais court). Rejoindre alors les chalets de Cuidex puis emprunter la piste forestière jusqu'à la Mouillette (clairières dans la partie inférieure). Retour à l'Erigné par la route ou le fond du vallon.
