Depuis la Pudze (1160 m), monter jusqu'au chalet Incrota (1395 m). De là, rejoindre l'alpage de Tremetta (1689 m) en suivant plus ou moins la route : celle-ci est généralement invisible dans la pente raide entre 1500 m et 1600 m (passage délicat par neige dure / défavorable en cas de fort redoux). Monter en direction de la crête S de Tremetta, que l'on atteint vers 1800 m et que l'on suit jusqu'au sommet. >##Descente >Par le même itinéraire ou nombreuses variantes plus directes et plus difficiles (voir trace GPS associée).
