Discesa: per l'itinerario di salita fino a quota 2000m. Da qui, con neve sicura, piegare a destra e percorrere tutta la gola della comba Citrin, solitamente intasata di scariche di grosse valanghe. Per questa gola raggiungere il fondovalle, ricongiungendosi con l'itinerario di salita.

## Montée>Depuis le pont (pt 1464 m), remonter en tirant à gauche vers le fond du vallon. Rester rive gauche du vallon et s'engager vers 1600 m sur un sentier bien marqué. Une fois sorti de la forêt, vers 1900 m, passer vers l'alpage de Montagna Citrin di Mezzo (2005 m) et de là, continuer en direction du col Citrin (2484 m). Peu avant celui-ci, s'engager dans une combe orientée SE - NW jusqu'au pied de la face E (environ 2560 m). Remonter celle-ci, de préférence en restant sur son arête NE.>## Descente>Descente dans la face, et variante dans le ravin du vallon principal. À partir de 1900 m, impérativement rejoindre le sentier dans la forêt. Vers 1600 m, préférable de prendre la route qui part sur votre gauche.
