De Gabi, remonter rive gauche de la Laggina jusqu'à un pont qu'on traverse pour accéder à l'alpage de Gsteihüs. Suivre un chemin muletier qui amène aux clairières de Feerberg. Remonter les clairières en suivant une large crête via une chapelle (vers 1560 m), jusque vers Alphitte (1880 m). Par une forêt clairsemée, rejoindre le lac de Seetolie (2027 m). De là, remonter la grande pente orientée SSW qui mène au sommet (antenne), en suivant à peu près l'itinéraire du chemin d'été.>##Descente>Par le même itinéraire.
