Entre Charmey et Praz Jean, prendre le Pont du Roc qui traverse la Jogne, puis suivre une route à plat qui mène sur Les Fornys (898 m). La route est ensuite interdite.>##Montée>Suivre la route jusqu'à l'alpage d'Orsère Dessous, puis un chemin jusqu'à l'alpage de Férédetse. Rejoindre ensuite le point 1593 m et traverser la forêt pour rejoindre le point 1635 m. >En hiver, cette partie peut être délicate, orientée SSE la forêt est très raide et de nombreuses coulées sont possibles.
