Du village de Commeire (1454 m) prendre la route vers l'E sur 800 m puis prendre un des chemins qui monte dans la forêt vers Les Beux (1815 m). Ensuite monter à travers la forêt vers l'alpage des Planards (2082 m). >Des Planards monter en diagonale sous la face W du Six Blanc jusqu’au col (2285 m) entre la pointe de Sesal et le Six Blanc. >Finir en montant l'arête NW du Six Blanc avec un passage à pied. >##Descente >Possibilité de descendre par la route très plate qui parcourt le versant W de la pointe de Sesal pour arriver à Commeire.
