All'abitato Pra Le Corti, si abbandona la strada e in direzione SW per bosco anche ripido prima, poi ci si dirige per cresta fino in vetta.>Per arrivare alla vera cima, lasciare gli sci prima delle balze ripide ed affrontare la parte finale della cresta con i ramponi.>Per la discesa dirigersi verso l'evidente alpeggio Alpe Canale a NE della vetta. Prima per pendii anche ripidi (>30°), poi in rado bosco fino all'alpe. Da li il bosco si fa più fitto ed è meglio seguire la carrozzabile che in mezza costa verso N si riunisce alla strada che sale da Torre.
