Du parking de l'Arpettaz, au bout de la route des Confins, prendre la route jusqu'au pied de la combe du Grand Crêt puis la remonter à gauche sous les rochers. Continuer toujours à gauche par de grandes pentes jusqu’à un replat vers 2000 m. Remonter le petit ressaut qui fait suite jusqu'au replat à 2100 m. Remonter la pente (35°) à gauche qui mène au Trou de la Mouche.>##Descente>Soit partir à pied sur la droite sur quelques mètres en direction de l’arête N qui va au col de Paccaly puis plonger dans la pente, soit partir directement à gauche dans la pente (S4 exposé au-dessus de rochers) pour rejoindre la combe de Paccaly. Descendre la combe puis en bas tirer à gauche assez haut pour rejoindre le chalet et la route qui ramène aux Confins.
