De Vallon d'en Bas ou d'en Haut (717), suivre la piste des chalets de Criou en passant par les chalets du Trot. Des chalets de Criou (1664), suivre le sentier, balisé par des points rouges, qui part vers le NW jusqu'à un plateau (Barme) puis se raidit pour monter droit vers la croix sommitale (2207). Le point culminant est un peu plus loin à l'E. >Éventuellement on peut poursuivre par l'arête jusque vers la Tendraiche (2338). >##Descente >Par le même itinéraire.
