Depuis Grand Naves(1316 m), monter NE, vers le chalet de la Forclaz (1925 m) et ensuite vers le col situé à gauche du Quermoz. >Du col (2287 m)prendre à gauche et suivre sur l'arête direction plein N et la longer jusqu'au sommet (2370 m). >Il est possible de continuer le parcours des crêtes et faire le sommet de la pointe de Dzonfié. >##Descente >- Depuis le sommet de la Croix de la Bagnaz par le même itinéraire. >- Depuis le sommet de la pointe de Dzonfié rejoindre le col (2349 m) descendre dans la jolie combe W en direction du refuge du Nant du Beurre. Puis rejoindre le point de départ en coupant les pistes de ski de fond.
