Frondeigen (1600), Dobbiaco (Alta Pusteria). >Ud-Sappada-San Candido-Dobbiaco. Entrare in paese e prendere la stradina che si inoltra nella Valle di San SIlvestro. A un bivio prendere a sinistra e poi ancora a sinistra; la strada, d'inverno con neve battuta (catene) termina presso i masi di Frondeigen, dove si parcheggia.>## Salita>Dai masi si segue per un tratto una strada forestale, poi direttamente per un bel bosco rado. Usciti dal bosco, si guadagna un'ampia dorsale che in breve porta in cima. Dalla cima si può proseguire fino al vicino Hochhorn (ore 2.30).>## Discesa>Per la via di salita.
