Descendre directement dans le versant ESE jusqu'à recouper l'itinéraire de montée qu'on suit alors en sens inverse. La descente dans le versant S ne semble pas passer en dessous du sentier de montée : barres. >Variantes/bonus : >- de la Bourgoise, on peut continuer au N et rejoindre la Pic de Chamossière (1889) >- la Bourgeoise se rejoint rapidement depuis les environs du col de Joux en passant par les chalets de Mapellet.
