De l'épingle sous la station de ski de Lans - La Sierre, partir vers le N et passer au pied de 2 téléskis. Suivre ensuite la piste forestière (GR) qui mène aux plateau des Ramées (1650 m), chemine sous la crête, et atteint finalement le sommet du Moucherotte (1901 m).>## Descente>- Soit par le même itinéraire.>- Soit par le Pas de la Tinette (aucune difficulté) en empruntant un sentier balisé (jaune sur rouge, ou jaune, selon les tronçons). Ce sentier peut aussi être pris à la montée.>!!! Le plateau des Ramées est un alpage où pâturent moult moutons et chèvres, accompagnés de patous. Adapter son allure de marche et son comportement.
