Discesa:>a) nei pressi dell'itinerario di salita.>b) per Il Foppone: si percorre in direzione S la dorsale fino alla Q 2731m, poi si scende SE fino ad imboccare Il Foppone, che su bei pendii ci porta, evitando le barre rocciose, al letto del torrente che si incanala stretto e ripido a Q 2300m (tratto chiave della discesa). Passata la strettoia, per dolci pendii si raggiunge il Torrente Tresenda, lo si passa su uno dei due ponti e si riguadagna con breve risalita il Baitin del Grasso degli Agnelli per poi seguire la poderale fino a Tresenda.
