## Salita >Da li si sale tenendo la destra orografica per il sentiero addentrandosi nel bosco fino alla Malga Volpis. Da qui si devia a sx verso la Malga Stoana portandosi alla base del crinale ovest che si segue integralmente fino all'Oscivart, proseguendo cosi verso dx alla vetta del Monte Fravort. >## Discesa >scendere per l'itineraio di salita oppure verso S in comune con la salita dalle Cinque Valli, dopo di che giunti al crinale si scende il pendio di rado bosco che riporta alla Malga Stoana e ci si ricongiunge con il percorso di salita.
