Continuare sulla dorsale del Pizzetto incontrando altri alpeggi (**Rausa di Bannio **1367 m, **Rausa di San Carlo** 1486 m, **Villa Samonini **1630 m), quindi due possibilità:>- salire per rado bosco alla **cresta NE** del Pizzetto toccando l'**anticima 1819m**, da cui con brevi saliscendi si giunge alla **vetta 1879m**>- continuare con traverso pianeggiante passando da **Campo Aostano** raggiungendo l'alberata **dorsale SW **del Pizzetto che ripidamente conduce sino alla **vetta 1879m** (attenzione agli ultimi metri lungo un ripido ed aperto tratto)
